It’s all about options:
We want to help you achieve your career goals. In that pursuit, we offer a host of options for you to choose from. When you partner with Cascade, you are choosing to work with a team of some of the most highly skilled professionals in the industry. Cascade is among INC. Magazines 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S., and is the fastest growing medical staffing company on the list.

Full or Part-Time:
We offer the flexibility of schedule that suits your individual needs. You can choose to work a few hours a week or full-time – it is up to you. You will not be required to work a schedule that conflicts with your needs.

Certified and Non-Certified:
We offer opportunities for both certified (RN, LPN, CNA) or non-certified caregivers. Some cases require specialized assistance that must be administered by a certified caregiver, while other cases require only general care that can be administered by non-certified persons. We do a thorough evaluation of the type of care needed in each case and place the appropriate personnel in each situation.

Training:
We offer basic caregiver training for non-certified employees. The training consists of videos and competency tests. Additional training may be obtained by the employee through outside training agencies.

Supervision:
We provide you with a Care Plan for each homecare client that outlines the services that you will be required to render and the frequency. You will be required to complete a Homemaker Personal Care Note for each visit and submit it to your supervisor. Your supervisor will follow-up with the client and/or the client’s family to be certain that the care meets and exceeds their expectations.

Be a Hero:
Our caregivers fill important needs for our homecare clients, by providing companionship and assistance that helps them stay safely in the comfort of their home. Our caregivers consistently tell us that they have never done anything that gives them the same level of satisfaction.
